All of our items come with a one year warranty. If your item is faulty within one year of proof of purchase, we will gladly fix your unit free of charge. You will have to send the unit to your nearest store or directly to us at your own expense.
Please also note DALUA AUSTRALIA do not hold any responsibility for any loss of coral or plant life whilst your unit is being repaired, it is totally the customers responsibility to have an extra reserve light on hand for any emergency situations.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
If your item has a fault immediately after you turn it on for the first time, we will gladly exchange the item for you with the store you purchased it from.
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, including packaging and all of its contents. You must return your item to the store you purchased it from within 14 days of your purchase.
Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. In this case please contact your nearest store to organise a DALUA AUSTRALIA technician to fix your item.
